  The Bayelsa State House of Assembly has passed a three-point resolution calling on the State Governor, Chief Seriake Dickson to urgently intervene to stop the alleged killing of innocent citizens in Southern Ijaw local Government Area by a security company, Dalong Guardian and Dragon Security on Oil and Gas. The Bayelsa State House of Assembly has passed The Directorate for Project Monitoring and Evaluation amendment Bill 2018. The bill which was sponsored by member representing Southern Ijaw constituency 3,  when assented to by the governor will ensure the completion of  all projects embarked upon by the State Government.
