The bills are the Media Corporation Bill 2018, the Registration of Neighbourhood Watch Bill 2018 and the Community Safety Corp Bill 2018. The Bayelsa State House of Assembly has called on Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria Limited to carry out immediate action to stop the further spread of the spill to other areas.
